The Best Gaming Headset I bought!
Look I’m not a big gamer, but the Ziumer Gaming Headset I bought is great!
This gaming headset definitely won my 2020 best amazon purchase of the year!
(For the record my 2018 best amazon purchase of the year was my robe (if you don’t have one I highly reccomend buying one, it was a great purchase).
My main use for this product was supposed to be for when I would play fortnite online with my friends on PS4, but here are a few things I love about them that I didn’t expect to:
- They’re super comfortable to wear!
- You can use them on your Mac book to listen to videos and your iphone with a dongle extension.
- If you make podcasts they have a really great microphone that works with garageband as well as zoom (yes I’ve used zoom to make podcasts) and the audio sounds really good!
- They don’t look bad.
- The microphone on them is noise canceling
- They aren’t heavy at all!
This was actually the first gaming headset I ever bought, so its hard for me too compare them to others. However, this one in particular has worked really well so far (considering that I’ve only had them for 6 months)!
One of the best parts about them I knew from the beginning was that they were cheap!
This gaming headset was only $22 on amazon (an excellent price if you ask me, considering other ones like it were selling for around $24 to $129)!
Going back to podcasting, I was considering buying a bluetooth headset with a microphone to use for podcasting and video calls (**this would NOT be a Gaming Headset!!).
I was going to buy one of the high quality ones, like the one my dad owns and loves, the Jabra one, but the only problem with these were they were extremely expensive (like $160–$180). Even though they works great, it was just way to far out of my price range. After using the Ziumer Headset though, I think I actually got the better deal !
I will say if you do use the Ziumer Gaming headset in videos or business zoom calls they definitely don’t look very professional just because… well they’re a gaming headset.
But for my youtube channel that’s not professional, live video streaming, or just making podcasts the audio quality with the Zumier headsets sounds much better than when I wouldn’t use any mic and even better than some of my real microphones! Plus, if you make videos in iMovie, these headsets are great for editing !
Overall, If I had to rate them, it would be at 5/5 stars! Just because I use them all the time, they work great, and they are really comfortable!
So if you need a new gaming headset, definitely consider the Zumier Gaming Headset!
